phone mask problems

Hi all
Tried the search button but no luck. Can anyone tell me at what age is the phone mask problem sorted. I.e getting lock out
I had a 1997 with the problem.

I believe the 2 button remote version from 98 on does not suffer this problem

i mean remember the 1 Buton Bosch ones.. had the problems .. until mid 97
