Here's a bunch of pictures of my custom made winch bumper. The place that made it is www.kozoffroad.com The guy James was very helpful in getting what I wanted. The approach angle on this thing is crazy and it looks like I could easily fit any winch with the seperately mounted solenoid. The two bolts directly on the front will remove the middle plate where the fairlead will be placed.

What wall thickness did you use on the tube? I went for a 0.090" wall to try to save a bit of weight. It's still heavy as all hell.

Not sure on the thickness of the tubing since I had this one made at a fab shop. I'm pretty sure that stuff is the same tubing he makes roll cages from though so I'm assuming it's sturdy.

As for the bike...yes it's mine...but I'm not ashamed or trying to hide her. That's my economy car! :D
