I smashed my passenger side running board 4 wheeling the other day and have been debating on weather to replace it or take them off. Well after removing them I decided I really like the way it looks with them off. Sliders will be coming soon.:)

looks good....what did you use to paint over/fill in all of the holes?
edit: now ditch the lower air dam too.

I just used tape and under coating spray. Should have used the bedliner stuff but didn't have that much money to spend. Figured if I didn't like it I could go back and use the bedliner stuff later.

edit: now ditch the lower air dam too.
What is the lower air dam, the bracket hanging down in about the middle?

Never mind I know what you mean.

Mine without the air dam to give you an idea what it looks like...it is an old pic though i have 2 more lights up top now.

will the rocker trim cover off the older Exploders cover the holes? I think the EB and Limited models had some sort of plastic cover. "Blackout" tape can also work(used for door sills etc)
