I thought that the Skyjacker was only 1.5" to 2". But what's half an inch? Please don't take offense to this, but aren't you too young to have a drivers license? Your profile says you're 15, and I know that here you have to be 16 to get a driver's license. But I used to drive all the time by myself before I got mine. Now it just isn't exciting.

Nice rig. But why does your rear bumper move so much? It really looks like it flexes a lot.

Yes, the sky is more a 2" lift <I have one>.
And the flex is normal. all the explorers do that, even more when you add a body lift...

BTW Boats did you get my PM about the drop brackets? You did not reply but I guess that's because you gave up w/ that idea...

whats your offset on the rims, and about how much did all this cost you (i.e. just the lift, tires, alignment etc)???? i like the setup and maybe i could possibly do the same to mine......... :bounce:

yeah no offense taken on the lisence thing. in South carolina if you take and pass drivers ed, then 3 months after you get your permit you can get your restricted to drive during daylight hours alone. you have to pass a road test for that. thats how i can drive alone. i cant drive at night alone till im 16 though. and i may be young... but i do pay for all my stuff.. cept the car itself i got free-- its been in the family since it was new.
all explorer bumpers will move like that.. .explorers have a really flexible frame, and stiff body.

and how i have about 2 or 2.5 is the skyjacker rear kit is just add a leaf.. but i added warrior shackles. so the backs a little higher. and i rounded up give me a break lol.
ill go check my PM's now -- i rarely check them... sorry
thanks
