I have a 2016 Ford PIU that I've upgraded the headlights to LED. Low beams are perfect. High beams flash on then go out. Passenger side, then the drivers side. They do however, both light with the key off and switch on. Start the engine and the above occurs. Any factual ideas why? Anyone? Please advise.

An LED drop-in conversion is illegal. If that's what you did, please put it back to stock. Thanks.

If these are HID or LED replacement bulbs, then it sounds like you need to add resistors, or program in Forscan that you have LED high beams.

If they flash rapidly, then what you are seeing is called Hyperflash. It happens when incandescent bulbs are replaced with LED. As mentioned, you will have to add resistors to cure it.
I can't say this will help your issue with the headlamps but here is a video on the issue.
