Front marker lights work. Hazards will flash rear amber and trailer brake lights. I'm going to get on the expressway as it is just about dark. Can this be a fuse for the rear marker lights? Rear brake lights work too.

Thanks! Heading home.

Yepper, my p/u has different fuses for the brake, trailer service, trailer brake and trailer turn signals, take a look at your fuse diagram in the fuse box.

The answer I was looking for was #40 10amp.

That did the trick!

So you had a boat trailer on, backed into the water, and the fuse blew?

So your gonna make me fess up!

Two days after having my Explorer, the moon roof stopped working. I referenced the manual for the moon roof fuse to check/replace. I also seen in the manual that there was a spare located in the fuse block. Looks like I pulled #40 by mistake thinking it was the spare and fixed my moon roof.

I never knew I didn't have rear marker lights until I hooked up the trailer. Brake lights worked but never noticed the rear marker lights did not. I drove for weeks and all the way from MI to PA and back like that. No license plate lamps either, part of the same circuit.
