Poor Air Volume

2005 Explorer. A/C and Heater work but almost no air volume through vents even though fan works properly . Only coming out of front vents. Will not change to windshield or floor. Also fan does not increase when put at A/C MAX.

sounds like a door movement issue to me (i'm in sort of the same boat atm). either you have a vacuum leak (preventing the actuators to move), or like me, the tabs connecting the door(s) to the actuator arms have broken. seems to be a common problem, judging by my recent searches.
