pop noise/rear end?

when i go forward or reverse in my truck, it shifts great, but theres a kindof pop/click noise after i get on the gas a little coming from the rear somewhere. its not REALLY loud but if my windows are rolled down and tunes are off i clearly hear it. anybody know wwhat this could be? im thinkin rear U-joint? I've changed the rear diff gear oil plently of times, had the cover off etc.. so its well maintained. its been doin this for a while and i thought eh what the hell ill ask here.. thanks

If its just like one or two pops and not continuous, I would check the suspension components as the vehicle loads/unloads the rear axle when you step on the gas pedal.
