Power Steering Pressure Line at rack (02 4.0 V6)

Got the upper portion of the line off the pump and was able to remove the cooler line. The pressure line is frozen in the rack. Any tips or tricks to get it out?

in general for lines i like soapy water, let it sit a while and try to wiggle back n forth
