Power steering pump ???

I have a 1998 5.0 and I am doing a SAS with full hydro steering

Is the stock power steering pump up to the task or should I swap in a saginaw pump

The 5.0's pump i Believe is a Saginaw pump.. it is a Saginaw "P" style pump.

You can modify it for greater pressure (but dont do it just yet, do it after you break in the vehicle just to minimize the number of variables in play)
