Long story short, my power steering went out while in WV, I live in Cincinnati. The dealership had the car for 2 weeks. I had a rental car for that 2 weeks. Has anyone had Ford reimburse them for a rental?

I think in some cases the dealer supplied a loaner/rental. I don't recall if Ford ever reimbursed any members. In the Warranty Guide it specifically states that Ford does not supply rentals or loaners. If dealers do then it is at their expense.

Loaners/rentals are not covered by Ford unless you have an ESP. If dealers choose to supply one at their cost or out of their fleet, that is a dealer specific choice.

My old dealer had a fleet of Ford's specific to loaners and the dealer I go to now just started doing it but they are mostly EcoSport tin cans.

As far as Ford reimbursing you, almost zero chance of that happening.

Definitely dealer specific.
When I had work done at the dealership I bought my EX from, I got "whatever" was available on the lot and it was usually a small Focus.
At a dealership closer to my home, they have a rental agency partnership and I was able to pick out anything I wanted.

has anyone had problems with their backup camera after a new power steering rack was put in? my lines are now a full wheel rotation off.

Did the dealer program the camera to your Explorer after replacing it?
