I had just taken my power regulator apart, cleaned, polished armature, brushes, oiled felt seal. regreased and installed 3 new replacement bushings. I cleaned, greased and aligned all the channels, guides and fuzzy strips for the window and mechanism. I bolted it all back together and the window works perfectly, running up and down like a monkey with his tail on fire.
It wasn't long before the power motor was jumping at the top and bottom of operation. I took the motor apart again. (I'm getting good at this, does anyone else want me to repair their motor?
)
Anyway, the picture shows the buttons didn't want to stay round. They behave like they are jelly beans instead of bushings/buttons. Did I do too good a job and the buttons can't take the torque?
OH, CRACKERS I can't get the pic to work. Here is the link
