Just bought a 2020 Explorer St and for the most part am happy with it. Not thrilled with the new SYV+NC system and am currently trying to figure out how to turn on the audio. Yesterday I was driving and wanted to wind back a podcast I was listening to by 30 seconds. When I did the audio froze so I powered it off. Now, no matter what I do it will not power back up. Everything else on the screen works except for the audio system. I did a soft reset, hard factory reset then finally disconnected the battery to do a full reset. Nothing works. Hopefully someone has a better idea.
