project status and next stages

well after getting car into new tent!! temp garage and its still standing after wind recently completed the next stages build

1. all new brake pipes
2. re-routed rear axle pipes and axle to body pipes
3. built stainless braided hoses all round
4. new pads front and rear
5. new discs front and rear
6. overhauled all callipers
7. new spring add a leafs fitted
8. springs fully dismantles, cleaned and re-built
9. made new rear shackles
10. fitted non standard shocks... no air system now !!
11. axle fitted after removal, cleaning, including new oil etc
12. underside all rust proofed and painted --- sprayed
13. new lower front ball joints
14. new upper front suspension arms
15. new front roll bar bushes
16. ne rear roll bar bushes

thought I saves all the bolts after removal and cleaning, but amazing how many just disappear!!

next job in few days to bleed whole brake system and hope for a decent brake !!

then swap better interior bits with those form other donor car sitting in drive

then refit tow bar and bumper after cleaning and painting

still loads to do tho....
