I can tell you everything you need to know, without even buying them.....

They look like crap
They fit like crap
They perform like crap

Any questions?

Either retro or stick with halogens, thats the only two proper ways to go about it

LOL, tell us what you really think. )

I don't feel as strongly against these things, but as I told the OP via PM, I say my part about these "eBay Headlights" Dead Link Removed.

I have them on mine right now. I have had them on there a couple weeks. They do fit like crap. Three of the marker bulbs didn't line up, one of them took a lot of trimming to get it in. The cut-off isn't bad, but not great either. The mounting pins on the driver's side are about 1/4 too close together. I had to do some trimming on the front end behind the headlights, because the lights where hitting. I am getting ready for a retro fit (thanks to Celly's link to the projector sale) hopefully at the beginning of the year I will have all the parts and the time to do it.

I hear ya. I struggled getting the one piece units to "fit" too. Was a real pain to get the marker bulbs in too.

Take your time on the retrofit. Takes some patience just to figure out what goes where and how, but it's totally doable and the results are worth it.

Thinking about these. No projectors, HIDs rather. I had that set on my Sport before the accident obliterated $300.

Straight HIDs in "Diamond Cut" (as they were once called....they go by lots of names) SUCK. They throw blotchy, unfocused light. Save your money and just run halogens until you afford to do a retrofit with the kit I mention all over this site.

You'll be glad you did.

The reason I went to the one piece, "eBay style" units was to get away from the HORRIBLE light that a straight HID kit throws in these aftermarket housings. The one piece solution is fine, but that option is not without its faults (as documented in this thread). Of course they don't look as good as the two piece units either, IMHO.

The RetrofitSource has a shroud option that looks better in the black version of the housings too:

I'm running the chrome version because it looks better with my setup.

The graphite shrouds are on back order. Supposed to be in by the 6th

Ive gt the set originally posted, I love mine, took about a week of driving to get them aimed like I wanted, but they perform excellent for me, didn't have any issues getting them either, and I think they look great on my truck.

I loved mine until they exploded into pieces of plastic, glass and projectors onto the pavement.
