Proper U Joints for Explorer?

I need to replace the U joints in my front axle, but I have no idea what ones to get. I see things like 1310 and 1330, etc.

What is the actual U Joint I need? Is it for a Dana 35? or Dana 40?

Edit: I have heard that it is equipped with a Spicer 5-297X as stock. Is this true?
