I´ve been looking for the puddle lamp, that is the lamp at the bottom of the side mirror. All I can find is the whole mirror. Anyone knows if only the lamp can be found anywhere?

Thanks

The puddle lights are 194's you will need a small flat blade screw driver to remove the lens cover. in my car I put in really cheep 6000k led's from eBay (if I remember it was $10 for 20 of them) they are bright and work well only problem is the leads are cheep and made of steel and will rust if not in a sealed in one way or another.

I also have the sylvania 194s leds (about $10 per bulb) also very bright but expensive. I have sylvania led's in the high brake light (all 5 of them) and in the license plate lights (another 2). the license plate bulbs is where i found out unless the light is water tight the eBay bulb will rust. all other 194 bulbs are the cheap eBay ones.

so my lesson learned is if the bulb is not sealed use a better quality bulb or use dielectric grease to seal the contacts.

Thanks for the replys, I have no problem finding the bulbs, the problem is the lamp itself, the clear plastic thing. I didn´t know how to take it out (now I do), and applied too much force and the clip that holds it broke. I managed to glue it but wonder if it will hold for long. I though it was an available part, small and cheap, i was wrong, I can´t find it, only if I buy the complete mirror assembly!

If you're referring to the lense, that might be a tough one to find by itself. If the glue works, I'd stick with it.

Ah my passenger side one broke even using a small screwdriver to pop it out. Thankfully the clip did not break entirely so it stays in just fine, sometimes it will drop a couple mm, but I just push it back in again. I would say if you glued yours its going to be fine.

I hope so, thanks.
