Purchasing rebuilt valve body off ebay?

I'm thinking of tearing into my transmission and rebuilding the valve body with Transgo correction kit, new EPC, and gaskets, then I check Ebay and...

What's the catch here? Take this one for example:

For less than the price of a single EPC solenoid, I can get the entire valve body and all solenoids along with gaskets. What's the deal?

Other than it's used/tested and not rebuilt? No catch.
