Question about lift shackles?

I read a thread that said that I could get these at Autozone. I found the and the bolts and bolt holes are too small? Can I drill the holes bigger to accomodate my old bolts?

yeah you can but it's gona be tough. the ones i picked up at NAPA auto parts were a perfect fit, but idk if they're nation wide

Hell when I did mine I just used the bolts that came with the shackles. My stock ones where kinda rusty, and I didn't want to reuse them. BTW just a heads up they can be bent. I bent both sides towards the drivers side of the truck still not sure how, but I did.

i also just used the bolts that came with mine. If you plan on doing alot of wheeling you might want to reinforce the middle to prevent them from bending.

Mine have been working great from day 1 though!

Spend the extra $ and get the war153's you wont be sorry.

i'm with griffin....take them back and put your money into the war 153's and not into one size fits all from autozone...you will bend those and they have no center support so they will flex side to side without it taking your bushings with it and now you are replacing more parts instead of getting good ones...the war153 shackles only cost i beleive 63 bucks at 4wheelparts.com and you can find them used and they are still good as new...

I checked this site and could not find them. I searched the site and the site told me that there were no matches for war153. If I did something wrong, please correct me.:exp:

look them up as warrior shackles...look under lif parts and/or accesories...i know i had a hard to with their site over the shackles but i walked right in and they pulled it right up, lmao...

yes take the autozone shackles back...the warrior shackles will hold up a lot longer from what i've read...
