Question about rims

I have a 1995 explorer xlt 4x4 and i wanted to put some larger rims on it. does anyone have any suggestions on what size i should go? and wiht what size tires. i wanna keep the suspension stock. all ideas and photos would be greatly appreciated thanx....-anthony-

You can put a 31x10.5 on a stock wheel and most likely with out having to do a TT (torsion twist)

An 8" wide wheel is the widest you want to go. I have 15x10" wide wheels now and they are too wide.
