I was just installing my new Infinity Reference Component speakers, but I noticed that the woofer is vibrating like crazy in the door any time there is any bass. Does anybody know what this would be from, or know how to fix it?? Thanks-

is it the speaker itself that is actually vibrating? It could be the door itself that is just rattling. I had the same problem so I installed Dynamat on the front doors and the vibration stopped.

The rattling on mine isn't in the speaker itself, but right around the speaker. Sometimes it stops, but sometimes it rattles too.

Dynamat will fix that for you.

Ok, Thanks-How much did that cost you?? Thanks for the info-

You can get the whole door kit for like $45 a door or you can get the speaker kits for like $25 for 2 12"x12" sheets. Best Buy's got it pretty cheap.

Ok, thanks for all of the info!!

Hey Mr. Steve-
Just a quick question for you-how did you mount your crossovers?? My speakers didn't come with any directions, so I am not sure how they are supposed to be mounted. Thanks

I sued the factory wiring so I mounted my crossovers back by where the stock amp/sub was. They were just mounted on a piece of MDF next to my Rockford Fosgate amp.
