Question On What Wheels I Need??????

I got a 97 Explorer Sport 4x4. I got the factory 3 star crome wheels.(16in) I was wondering if it would be ok if i put 17 Niche Bahn with some tires with smaller treads. I really dont know what im asking i would just like to know yalls opion on it.

And yes, it would be fine to put on different wheels, just make sure the bolt-pattern is the same I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "smaller tread"...

THey are silver, and have no curb rash whatsoever! I take very good care of them, centercaps are like new and no scratches. About 20K miles on them. I will send you pics, do you have any of the Cobra R's ?? And do you have tires ??? thxs ...
