Rack and pinion

On my 1999 explorer V6 4x4, my rack and pinion is leaking on 1 of the inner tie rod. Do i have to change the complete rack and pinion or can be fix??

Most likely going to have to remove it, as those internal seals are not easily serviced.

I agree. Swapping in a rebuilt unit is your best bet.
