well cobra's are pretty good. i mean, i have one, its actually one of the better ones (i forget which model), but as far as cheap radar detectors go, the lower end cobras are cheaper than the lower end any-other-brand, and theyre not bad either.
Valentine 1. I think their website is www.valentineone.com Its the best detector on the market bar none. Cost is about $400 but worth it in the long run.
Al, In the future you dont have to type in the URL VBCode. When you enter a web address it is put in automatically. That'll keep you from erroring again.-Stephen
Cobra's are horrible detectors. I would buy a bell if I were you. True the Valentine One is far superior to any detector out on the market for those of us that can't afford the big bucks on that AMAZING detector, the Bell line of detector will do. Cobra's look cheesy and don't do the job. They go off constantly! You should really check out consumer report magazine they did a review on the detectors awhile back and bell was rated highly where as the Cobra was last!
