I just did a radiator flush which apparently cleaned it so well the rust/crust keeping the radiator together is gone so now it leaks in the morning.

There is plastic on either end (right and left) of the radiator which is crimped onto the radiator itself...what is that? Where it is crimped together will leak until the engine gets warmed up and expands. If I move my car in the morning, before it gets warmed up, radiator fluid will flow out of the passenger side crimp. Do the radiators from radiator.com come with "whatever they are" crimped to the sides? Someone help, I have already lost the entire recovery tank in 4 days.

I guess I'll answer my own question... :)

Just ran outside to see if it was part of the radiator or condensor...its the radiator. New question:

How hard is it to remove the radiator on a 91? Are there 4 bolts holding it on? Radiator.com has them for $119, so I may replace it after the holidays.

Simple Job

I just bought my Radiator from Radiator.com.

Simple job, Undo the hoses, Tranny lines if your an auto, Fan Shroud, Should be 4 bolts I think holding the radiator to the front support.

Make sure you do the Anti freeze when you fill it back up.

Good Luck
