I just installed a new in dash radio but I can't seem to find the 12v constant I looked on the schematic and tested yellow/white which says hot at all times but when I test it shows no power and the schematic show 3 grounds does it matter which one I ground it to?

Radio 12v: white/yellow + radio harness
Radio Ground: black/lt. blue - radio harness
Radio Ignition: black/pink + radio harness
Radio Illumination: red/black (dimmer) + radio harness
LF Speaker: org/lt. grn (+) - lt. blu/wht (-)
RF Speaker: wht/lt. grn (+) - grn/org (-)
LR Speaker: gry/lt. blu (+) - tan/yel (-)
RR Speaker: org/red (+) - brn/pnk (-)

OR:

12v Constant: Green/Violet or Green/Black
12v Ignition: Pink/Black
Ground: Black/Green

Is the yellow white the constant when I put the voltage meter on it shows no continuity

Yellow/White, Green/Purple, OR Green/Black.

Are you connected the positive lead of the multimeter to the wire, and the negative lead to ground?

You're either using a bad ground, or the radio fuse is blown.
