Radio issues..

In my 07 eddie Bauer ed., all the steering wheel controls work but the radio controls.. also the radio area does not light up.. what do I need to do? Is it locked? Plus the aux input does not work.. thank u for any help

Are you the original owner? Has it always been like that? Does it keep playing after you turn off the key until the door is opened?
