Sometimes after leaving the car parked for a few minutes or overnight I lose the radio presets and the clock has to be reset. When this happened in the past (1995 Exp with 170k) it was usually the battery that needed replacing well it has a new battery and I just recently replaced a module because the windows wouldn't roll down.

Does anyone know what causes this?
Thanks

The stereo will have 2 power feeds, 1 switched and 2 perm live
Chances are they both have a fuse in the fuse box and the one for the permanent live has blown

I'll check them, thanks! What's a BFH because I like the 6 P's and more than likely like them too!

Big F*****G Hammer

Well none of the fuses are bad so not sure what to check next...

The permanent live may have an inline fuse in the harness behind the radio, usually 5 amp or 3 amp

I'll look for it, thanks!
