rain causes P0446 code? HELP!!!!!

I keep getting this P0446 evap code. Funny thing is that it only happens on very rainy days. It has happened often enough that I am now sure that there is some direct link between rain/humidity and this code. But, for the life of me I can not figure out what it is.

Anyone have any ideas.

I have gone through the whole system using that very thread, but this only happens when it rains all day. I can not begin to imagine what is causing it, other than wet charcoal in the canister clogging sonething up.

...I would think it would have to do with either the cannister purge valve, the vacuum hoses, or the gas cap...
