ranger fog light lens

A while ago I was looking for a Ranger foglight lens and a couple of you guys responded! Thanks very much! Unfortunately, I didn't get to respond and the whole thread was deleted. I hope that those of you who did post, would repost or e-mail me (astatlan@vt.edu) the info you have for the lenses. If you don't remember, I was looking for the lenses for the factory round leneses for a '94.

My sister just bought a Ranger and needs a pair of them... where can she get them?

Also, on the other link, what exactly is the "insert" is it just the lens and reflector?
