If I remember correctly, the fronts are the same, the rears, while they have the same dimensions, are valved differently and have different part numbers. They may bolt-up, but I suspect the ride of the Ranger shocks will be too soft for the Exploders.
if you have a very strange looking setup in the rear where the shock mounts are on the leaf perch deals, then yeah they probaly wont work, for the rear atlest. the fronts might... i dont know much abouty the TTF work on both. but an easy fix and a good fix is to weld on new shock tabs on the rear axle (what i did.) ford wasnt thinking very much when they designed the rear suspension..
