Rattle noise in roof

I have a 2008 XLT. I'm noticing a rattle noise in the roof when driving. I'm assuming it's the air line that runs through the roof for the rear ac. Has anyone else noticed this in their explorer or know of a fix?

Are you still under full warranty? I'd take it back in- my uncle had a loose mounting screw in his roof, as the robot missed it's mark. They fixed it up for him, and bent (creased) the headliner in the process- and had to replace it on their dime...

What did the screw hold down?.. the roof rack?
