Bump... Hard to believe there hasn't been any response to this yet!

i thought I said I was in. anyway I'm in

Potentially in.

I'd like to make this a two-day trip, with camping on Saturday night if it's not raining. Thoughts?

So far the three of us all have 33" tires, what trails do you want to run?

Honestly, I'd stay mostly on green. The last time I was out there the blue's were a bit rough. We can hit some, but I don't want to get into any of the blue's that require you to hit red or black on the way out. Some of the green tails have little off-shoots with more difficult hill-climbs to try and whatnot, so those aren't bad.

Im a maybe I have to get my intake finished

what do the ratings mean
blues and reds greens?
i'm guessing
greens easy fire roads, and blues are more difficult, and reds are the worst.

I can't find the ratings breakdown on creek's website

I personally get bored with easy trails, and would love to try some more difficult trails
I have a rear locker and it helps my rig get through some stuff alright

I don't have a locker, but ditto. As long as I can drive home, let's bring it awn!

I'm travelling the week prior, but would like to try to make this trip. I bought this Ex a couple of months ago and need to get it on the trails!

This would be my first trip to Rausch Creek - are you camping in the park or nearby?

I'm definitely down with camping as well. Last time I did that and we just found a spot in the park and slept in our rigs.

Lefy - green easy, blue intermediate, black and red difficult. I have the trails maps around the house somewhere, I'll dig 'em up later, and if they don't have anything on the website, I can take pics and post them up.

I'm gonna try like hell to scrape up some extra money to make this trip. I am also down to camp and pull off the two day run. Can you tent camp on the trails, or only in the designated sites? I too am down to try a few difficult trails, but shes my daily driver and I cant afford to be towin or fixin her! I was "needin a fix" after seein the pics from the last run, so I went to a local spot and played in the mud and on the hills! This thing still suprises me offroad! I love the V8 on the steeper hills!

Arron, I cant imagine yours with the 4:56's and the 4406!

Not sure what the official rules are, but we just pulled off into a little wooded side trail where there were other groups camping, parked in the trees and made a campfire in an already set up rock pile/fire ring. And Josh, I'm with you - can't be doing anything crazy as it's my DD and I need to be able to get to and from work now with a 40 mile a day commute. I would consider possibly running greens and some blues on day one and then riding along for harder trails day two.

Ha! I now ruin that comment.

I'll see how much I get done before then, so maybe. I REALLY need skid plates and to finish my snorkel. From what I've heard even the "easy" trails are rough. The camping thing sounds cool though I've got a tent and nets.

Looks like this is shaping up to be a fun group of people for this run.

I too drive about 35 miles to work daily. I'm with Jay on the harder trails.

Can anyone tell me if a few, some, or the majority of mounties come with a limited slip? I'm gonna check the parts truck!

Most (if not all) V8 Mounties came with 3.73 gears with Limited slips.

I just so happen to have a complete axle, with LSD for sale cheap. I also have a Trak-Lok rebuild kit, brand new for it if you're interested... ;)
