RCA splitting....

My X has a budget sound system in it, I tried to get the most for the least, I have a JVC deck, Sony XPlod 5x7's, MTX Thunderform with a Memphis sub, and a Legacy 600 watt for the sub only. Here is the Q: I am thinking of adding a Legacy 400 watt for the Sony's, however I only have one set of preouts on the deck, how many times can I split it, I would need it split 6 wire to make it work. Thx!

You should get a crossover... That will split your highs from your lows for you... Then it will give you one set of preouts for the sub amp and one for the high amp...

yeah i would go with a crossover too. dont split can turn out to be too much of a mess
