Reaching Ground Strap bolt

I'm looking to replace my engine ground on the rear passenger cylinder head, does any body have any tips on how to reach the bolt? I tried stuffing my hand back there and its extremely tight. I also considered putting a new ground strap in a different place. The mustang GT that shares the same engine has it on the drivers side but I'm not sure what size the stud hole is on that side.
