Most auto parts stores in the US do it for free.

Takes 5-10 min depending on their scanner and experience.

please be advised that getting the code(s) is just a starting point. often one code can trigger a another. if you just take a code a face value and start throwing parts at your truck, you'll most likely waste money. as example, MISFIRE CYLINDER #3 might be a $4 problem or a $1,400 problem.
