Hi,
I'm new to the forum. I found it the other day while looking for a solution to the door ajar light staying on in my daughter's Explorer. The WD-40 trick worked liked a dream. It was the front passenger door latch. Anyway, now my problem is that her rear blower doesn't work at all. I checked all of the fuses and I replaced the blower motor resistor in the back and it still doesn't work. The blower works if you hook it up to 12V. For some reason I am not getting any power back to the blower. Anybody have any ideas? I am sort of handy, but far from an expert on electrical stuff.

Got 'er done!

Thanks for the great info BigRondo! I finally got time to trouble shoot and found a connector that wasn't connected. Then I found out why it wasn't connected! Evidently the previous owner didn't want to hear the clicking sound from the blend door actuator and didn't want to fix it either. I found the thread on fixing the actuator and tore in to it this morning. Two hours and a few disruptions later I have it all back together and working fine! Thank you again for the great help!! :salute:

Nice job on the fix!! Glad I could help out!! :biggthump
