Rear bumper cover protection.

Has anyone tried a bed liner type coating on their rear bumper cover. Just thinking about doing an area on the top of the cover that would withstand minor scrapes. Seems every time I load something into
the back of my cargo van, the bumper cover gets scratched up. A protective coating of some sort would be a logical move to protect from getting marred. Even thought about that stick on stuff that is used for stair treads
in public areas. Any good ideas??

When I get a few bugs fixed I'm doing the whole van. You need to prep real good or it won't stick. On utube theirs video by all the companies and they stress prep prep prep

why not get a thin rubber mat to hang over the bumper while loading?
