Rear bumper help

where can i get a rear bumper cover?..i cannot find crap out there...i already once sanded and repainted the metal and im looking for a cover or something that i dont have to worry about it. Unless i can find a good metal bumper already black and the upper and lower plastic pieces in black.

Please someone help i need this bad.

I don't think that there are any aftermarket rear bumper covers for the explorer. You would have to buy a new bumper, or get one at a salvage yard.
