Rear climate turns on by itself

I have just started noticing that the rear heating/cooling unit is running even though I have not turned it on
I have the front control set to auto and rarely change anything, even the temperature setting
Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, this just started happening to my 2018 Platinum. It started after a dealer service (maybe lost setting with a battery disconnect). Any resolution to the issue?

Mine did this just the other day, almost scared the crap out of me. This was after I took my 2016 Explorer into the dealer for the roof rail recall.

My climate control was also set on automatic but it has never done this since I purchased it in 2016. It appears that they did a update on the climate control programming.

I have the same issue. If i lock the rear control it doesn't.
