Now I've really done it.

While replacing the hinges for the back window glass (one just randomly came loose and fell while driving!) I attempted to pull a little too hard on one of the copper connectors to one side of the rear defrost and broke the piece off. Now the wire connector for that side will not connect to the glass rendering the rear defrost useless. Needless to say the fiancee's "I told you not to pull it too hard" and "I told you so" will not stop.Besides biting the bullet and completely replacing the back window glass has anyone had success in replacing/ fixing this issue? Thanks!

Easy fix with a soldering iron too.

Good point- is there 1/2 of the tab still stuck to the glass and 1/2 of the tab in the wire connector? If so, soldering iron as that other stuff won't help...
