Rear Diff axle seal's

I have 06 Mountaineer AWD 4.6L I need to replace my rear axle seals. When I went on Rockauto, there are so many different options or variables. How do I know which one I need?

Here is the Ford part number for the seal 7L1Z-4A109-D.
On rock auto you can choose the timkin SL260013, the national 710950, skf 18005, or the motorcraft seal listed above.
