rear end of 03 explorer sport xlt sagging

thinking the correct way to fix this would be to replace the rear coil springs, but some friends told me thats kind of expensive, and to just find a longer shackle to hook on to the leaf springs. Would the second option work? Money isnt necessarily the issue right now, I just want to do it right. What would you guys do? Also is there any directions on how to change the coil springs?

To replace the springs you'll need pretty much basic tools (any of the strut/rear brake threads will describe) and a coil compressor. You can "rent" the compressor at Advance auto, Autozone and maybe PepBoys.

Im pretty sure that they don't have rear coil springs just leaf springs. The 4 doors only have coil springs on the rear.
