Hey all, went to the store, hatch worked. Emptied rear cargo area (as far as I know, nothing is jammed there). Went to open hatch a couple of hours later and nothing. Window won't open either. How do I open this from the inside? I see to plastic caps, one over the window hatch and another one to the right. I've removed both of them but cant really see what I need to do to get either the window open or the door (thinking the other little plastic cap leads to a manual way to open the door). All automatic door locks seem to work but doesnt sound like the rear door one is working. Help before the outside temp reaches 95 again and I'm stuck in the back trying to open it...lol.
