Rear Passenger light replacement

Can the light bulbs over the rear doors be replaced with LED, the factory are very dim.

I'd like to do the same on my 2016 Sport. I'm sure the bulbs can be replaced but I just need the proper way to access them. If anyone has info, I'd appreciate it.
