I need some help. Recently in my 97 Explorer Limited, both passenger door windows woudn't work up or down. I read thru the window threads and replaced the Accy Delay Relay and the front passenger window now works fine, my rear passenger window will go down but not up. Any suggestions?

My other issue is the passenger door lock won't go down (lock)with the remote or switch, I can press it down to lock it, it will go up (unlock) with both switch and remote. I can't turn the key in the door lock on the passenger side either.

I know these are separate issues but any assistance is appreciated.

I think there is power since the window will go down just not back up, don't you agree?

Usually when you get a "unidirection" issue on one door, it's a broken wire in the door bundle. Since stuff works in one direction, that indicates that the motor, switch, fuse, etc are good. Re the key lock, try squirting WD40 into the lock cylinder, let it set for awhile, then try the key again.

Ok good to know, will look into the wires and see what I can find. Will try the WD-40 too thanks
