Rear seat head rest removal

Does anyone know how to remove a rear seat head rest

Welcome Mike.

If you push down on the rear seat upholstery around the headrest
posts, you'll see a small clip. When you release the clips on the two
posts, the headrest will pull out. You may have to pull them off with
needle nose pliers to keep from losing the clips inside the seat.
