Rear Shocks

Im replacing my rear shocks.
How the heck do I get the top mount off the shock. I got it unbolted and had it hanging there but the thing that has the two little bolts on it that goes throught the top of the eye. My looks like its not going anywhere.

Is this a part I can buy somewhere??

I had to take a drill and drill rubber out of old shocks, and tap out one stud to get that peice out, reverse on new shocks, there should have been a new piece in your new shocks though. I do have a used set, if you need them e-mail me,and I will send them to you.
