The only thing that would happen if I were to take those block out is the Shock Mount plate would be raised, giving me a little more flex. But I will be getting the Springs from a 2001 Sport Trac Soon, so that I can get rid of my rear end sag. You can almost see the front end of the sprng, and it is just about flat. Sometimes there is even an "S" curve in them.
Now if the Blocks were on top of the spring and below the axle, and I removed them, then I would Gain some height in the back, but this isn't the case here.
