much cheaper at the salvage yard.

go to junk yard, i just got a new gate window for 35$ so the hinges can only be a few bucks.

Just be sure the threads are not corroded, or the first time the nut turns, it will turn into a push-on fastener. I had to scope 6 sets of hinges before I found one good pair.

One of my rear window hatches just broke. The 'screw' broke in half so now i have a bad rattle on the rear window. Is there a way to fix just one, or do you need to replace the entire assembly (window and hatches)?

Please advise :)

hatches or hinges? If hinges, you can replace one at a time.

Dang..now I am confused LOL. I am referring to the, what i believe is called the hinge, is the the outside metal (i think its metal) bracket that allows the backglass to open up and not fall off. really hard to explain. Not talking about the lift supports, but the little black thingy's on the outside lol. I really hope you can understand by horrible explanation :) I really appreciate it!

Ah- the black buttons that the gas supports bolt to through the glass?

Okay I have fixed the window hinges!! The stud that was on the hinge had stripped some threads and pulled right out of the hinge. Luckily my mothers BF is Fords Service & Parts manager down south in Simi Valley and he ordered a hinge for me. He came up for the weekend and we put it together and is aligned properly. Of course as we fixed that one the other went as well :( but only one thread stripped on that side so we cleaned it up and put it back in and bolted her up. So one is sort of okay..but they only had one hinge in stock within 200 miles and it was for the right side (which is what originally broke) and no left side hinges were available. But all is working fine and i will just refrain from using the window as much and open the hatch instead. +1 to the Ford dealerships :)
